Lime M&E has successfully passed its annual NICEIC assessment, retaining Approved Contractor status and demonstrating its continued commitment to electrical safety, quality and compliance.
Lime M&E has successfully passed its latest annual NICEIC assessment, retaining our status as an NICEIC Approved Contractor and continuing our track record of meeting the industry's recognised standards for electrical safety and quality.
The result reflects the consistent standards maintained by our electrical team across projects throughout Scotland and the wider UK.
NICEIC approval is an important part of how we demonstrate our commitment to safe, compliant and high-quality electrical installations.
Each year, our work is independently assessed by an NICEIC engineer, who reviews completed installations, technical documentation, inspection and testing records, and the competence of our team against current wiring regulations (BS 7671).
The assessment also examines our quality management processes, ensuring the systems behind our work meet the same standards as the installations themselves.
For Lime, successfully completing this assessment year after year reflects the work that goes into maintaining those standards across every project.
Jamie Crooks, Contract Manager at Lime, commented:
"Passing our NICEIC audit again is a credit to the whole team. Every year the assessment holds us to a high standard, and it’s a standard our engineers live up to on every site. For our clients it means confidence that the work is safe and compliant and that it’s done right first time. We’re proud of the result, and we’ll keep raising the bar."
For clients, NICEIC approval provides independent reassurance that they're working with a contractor whose technical competence, workmanship and compliance are regularly assessed.
It's particularly important across commercial and public sector projects, where electrical safety, regulatory compliance and reliable delivery are essential.
Our continued NICEIC approval sits alongside our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, reflecting our wider commitment to quality management and environmental responsibility.
As Lime continues to deliver mechanical and electrical services across a growing range of projects, maintaining these standards remains central to how we operate.
A great result for the team, and another successful year of NICEIC approval.
