Red Rock Renewables

Case study

Red Rock Renewables

Small power, lighting, fire alarm, door access and data refit on a compressed programme alongside arriving furniture.

Sector

Commercial

Project type

Compressed programme

The project

The project scope for Red Rock Renewables covered small power, lighting, fire alarm, door access and data, including distribution works, modifications to existing busbar systems, installation of floor boxes, data infrastructure, lighting alterations, and the introduction of new decorative lighting.

We managed access and egress around the installed furniture using appropriate equipment such as desk gliders, allowing teams to work safely above desks without disruption. Additional labour was brought onto the project to protect the delivery date, and stakeholder engagement was maintained throughout through weekly progress meetings and site visits.

Scope of works
  • Small power and lighting distribution works
  • Modifications to existing busbar systems
  • Floor boxes and data infrastructure
  • Lighting alterations and new decorative lighting
  • Fire alarm and door access installation
Outcome

Completed on schedule despite a compressed programme caused by delays in design information and the client's furniture arriving on site mid-build. Additional labour was brought on to protect the delivery date, with weekly progress meetings keeping stakeholders aligned throughout.
