LIME delivered a programme of M&E upgrades at The Scholar Hotel, working within the existing building to modernise essential services as part of the wider refurbishment.
The completed works upgraded the hotel’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure, supporting a modern, reliable and comfortable environment while complementing the character of the existing property.
